Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok' Tjahaja Purnama deplores some Regional Working Unit (SKPD) which still do not know about priority scale of budget.

He expressed, one of them that become highlight is there are still many festivals that held by SKPD. Whereas, health service and education improvement programs in the capital need high budget. According to him, private side has already held festival event with good quality such as Jakarta Fashion Week and Food and Fashion Festival. The government just need to support the event.
"They still don't know priority scale. Which is more important? operating health center each Rp 40 billion or holding festival? It's health center of course," he expressed, Wednesday (11/18).

"We intend to upgrade Koja Hospital to be A class. Then in education sector, UNJ is about to open medical school in Koja," he stated.
