“I hope we can keep improving our
service and dedication for the victims,” said Masrokhan, Head of Jakarta Social
Department after disaster alert ceremony, Thursday (11/19).
Social Department has prepared basic needs in a
form of meals for 580,600 boxes, rice by 201,900 tons, instant noodles by
369,040 packs, 5,342 soy sauce bottles, 47,538 sardines cans and 15,450
biscuits.
Other aids are 7,499 uniforms, 550 schools
equipment packages, 4,155 blanket sets, 3,300 napkins, 1,125 diapers, 2,650
t-shirt, 1,085 bras and 3,220 house dresses.
“Those aids will be distributed over 5
municipalities through sub-department and sub-district,” he expressed.
