Many Officials Absent During Qlue Evaluation Meeting

East Jakarta City Secretary, Junaidi disappointed with many technical sub-department heads who were absent in the evaluation meeting regarding public complaints via Qlue application.

"Officials who were absent in the meeting must be contacted immediately. If they ignore it, we will give them sanction and invited by governance section," told Junaidi, in pattern room of East Jakarta Mayor Office, Thursday (11/19).

He added that they should attend in the meeting, because its absenteeism will be evaluated as a note by the mayor.

"It's time to change, because public already participate in supervising us. Moreover, there has been Local Performance Allowance (TKD) which aims to improve service, performance and discipline," he explained.

He assessed, the limitations of the technical sub-department to oversee the existing problems can be helped via Qlue.

"Sub-department ranks may not be able to oversee any problems in the field. One of them is due to limited personnel. But with this application, can help monitor the existing problems in the community," he expressed.
