Efendi argued the reparation should be carried out prior to rain with high intensity. "If not, it would make puddle along the road," he stressed.

As for the information, Jalan Kartika is in damage condition. Besides lower contour soil, the road that used as access road towards SMPN 215 Jakarta also strewn with potholes and small chunks of asphalt.
