3 Sluice Gates in Jakarta on Alert 3

Heavy downpours in Bogor and half of Jakarta area has
led water level in several sluice gates in Jakarta rising.
There are three sluice gates showing on level alert 3 status this morning
Those three sluice gates are Manggarai (820 cm),
Karet (500 cm), Pasar Ikan (189 cm). “There are three sluice gates showing on level
alert 3 status this morning,” said Muchtiyanto Emergency Operation Command
Center (Pusdalops) of Jakarta Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), Wednesday
(11/25).
Beforehand, water level on Katulampa on Tuesday
(11/24) night showed on alert 3 by 80 cm water level. Similar with Katulampa,
Depok sluice gate also showed the same level by 200 cm at 3 AM.
While the other sluice gates are showing normal
status of alert 4 they are; Katulampa (50 cm), Depok (150 cm), Krukut Hulu
(145 cm), Pesanggrahan (140 cm), Angke Hulu (40 cm), Cipinang Hulu (85 cm), Sunter
Hulu (60 cm), Pulo Gadung (370 cm) and Pluit dam less than 195 cm.
