One of Jakarta Regional-Owned Enterprises, PT. Food Station Tjipinang Jaya (FSTJ) visited Tawainalu Bulog Warehouse, Kolaka Timur, Southeast Sulawesi on Tuesday (10/8) to negotiate for rice procurement cooperation.
PT. FSTJ Director, Arief Prasetyo expected this cooperation could anticipate lack of rice supply in Java by the end of this year.
"It is needed to fill rice stock in Jakarta because rice supply in Java is predicted to reduce end of this year," he informed, Wednesday (10/9).
He hopes cooperation with Southeast Sulawesi Bulog can be continued as has been done with other regions.
"In this visit, we are not only see rice quality from its physical in the warehouse, but also see other business potentials and how they send their rice," he mentioned.
