Lighting of 7 JPOs in East Jakarta Needs to Be Added

In an effort to prevent crime at pedestrian bridge (JPO), East Jakarta Industry and Energy Sub Department will add more lighting at 7 JPOs in East Jakarta.

Those are Cipinang Bekasi on Jl Bekasi Raya, Kober located on Jl Jatinegara Timur, Pasar Gembrong on Jl Basuki Rahmat, SMPN 14 on Jl Matraman Raya, Jl Pemuda, Asmi and Pulomas JPO.

“Damage lamps installed at JPO extremely need to be replaced with a new one,” said Budi Basuki, Head of Light Section for East Jakarta Industry and Energy Sub-Department, Sunday (11/29).

According to the plan, it will be replaced with 18 watts LED lamps. While two LED lamps will be installed at 2 points.

“This is one of our efforts to prevent crime action at JPO,” he remarked.
