According to Muhammad Insaf, Head of School Bus Technical Management Unit (UPT), the bus will standby at 11 AM. At this time, it is prioritized for elementary school. Since they moved to the flat, they are always going to school using odong-odong or public transport.
"We already have one school bus to operate in Jatinegara Barat Flat. We're still waiting for student data in the flat. If the additional bus is still needed, we will be added," he expressed, Thursday (12/3).
City to Provide School Bus ApplicationThis service is provided to create safe and comfort condition. In future, the same policy would be imposed in whole flat.
Ario Ramadhan, a 9-year-old fourth grader of SDN Bali Mester 01, admitted he was happy with school bus operational in the flat and will be free from odong-odong.
"I'm usually riding odong-odong or accompanied by parent. But sometimes, I walk from Mester after school ends. Surely, I'm very happy," he expressed.
