The construction process of Semper Barat Flat in Cilincing, North Jakarta has touched 10 floors from 16 floors that have been targeted.
The flat construction is through three phases from 2014. This year, it has touched 10 floors from the total 16 floors
Agus Supriyono, Head of North Jakarta Public Housing and Government’s Building Sub-Department stated that his sub-department keeps monitoring the Semper Barat Flat construction that has been ongoing since 2014.
“The flat construction is through three phases from 2014. This year, it has touched 10 floors from the total 16 floors. The rest 6 floors will be carried out in 2016, including finishing touch,” he expressed, Thursday (12/10).
Next Year, Pasar Rumput Integrated Flat BuiltIn addition, the flat was designed for river normalization in North Jakarta. Every floor can accommodate 234 households.
“The ground floor of the flat will be used for PAUD commercial education and other public facilities. Especially on 2nd floor of flat, will be made as a business site and 3rd floor as dwelling. For flat construction itself, is targeted to be complete in 2016," he finished.
