In order to smoothen sorting trash program in Jakarta, 2 schools in Cempaka Putih popularized waste banks namely SDN 05 Cempaka Putih Barat and SDN 05 Cempaka Putih Timur.
Through waste bank, we educate students on how to sort the trash and recycle also.
Waste Bank will Be Socialized in Schools
“Through waste bank, we educate students
on how to sort the trash yet recycle also,” said Lola Lovita, Cempaka Putih Sub
District Head, Friday (12/11).
Lovita conveyed waste bank is the
most effective way to train students to sort the trash since the early stage
yet reduce trash in school.
“Trash volume in school remains
high.That’s why we’ll apply this throughout schools in Jakarta,” she stated.
