Mayor of East Jakarta, Bambang Musyawardhana assessed that the emergence of rotten chicken (ayam tiren) sale case was because of carelessness of the Maritime, Agriculture, and Food Security (KPKP) Sub-Department.

He said that such case would not happen if supervision from the related unit was done intensively. Besides, he continued, the lack of supervision from RT, RW and urban village could also cause the case.
"If they supervised it tightly, such case would not happen until 8 months," he told, Monday (12/14).

"Report it to the local urban village and sub-district apparatuses if you (citizens) find a problem," he reminded.
He added that he will summon East Jakarta KPKP Sub-Department for questioning about the case.
