Head of North Jakarta Employment Agency, Azwan Saprani stated that the guidance was given because there are still many civil servants in North Jakarta violating the discipline.
"For those who violate discipline surely the regional performance allowance (TKD) will be cut. Hence don't even try to violate rules," he asserted, Tuesday (12/15).
150 Students Given Understanding of Local CultureMeanwhile, North Jakarta Deputy Mayor, Wahyu Haryadi appeals the civil servants to undertand and obey the rules stated on Government Regulation No. 53/2010 on Civil Servants Discipline.
"We have to be grateful since the allowance given is quite high. Hence civil servants don't need to do violating things," he stressed.
