A rumpon fishing cage in diameter 5x2 meters and 8x2 meters is dropped into Pelangi Island waters, Harapan Island Urban Village, North Seribu Island, by diver team of Seribu Islands Maritime, Agriculture, and Food Security Sub-Department and led directly by the Regent, Budi Utomo
