City Administration continues to accelerate land acquisition for reservoir normalization. The acquisition is targeted to be done this month. To realize it, Rp 1.7 trillion has been allocated to finish the project.

“Prior to payment, we’ll check the completion of
the document in advance,” said Teguh Hendrawan, Head of Jakarta Water
Management Department, Friday (12/18).
He told there are the list of reservoirs that will be normalized, namely Rawa Minyak,
Rawa Babon, Tegalamba, Rawa Dongkal, Brigif and Rawa Lindung.
“After being acquired, later on, the reservoirs will be dredged as depth as 5 meters for water infiltration site,” he uttered.
Those are potential to be set as
retention water in anticipating puddle and flood during rainy season.
“Later on, we surely to send heavy equipment,” he
closed.
