A land that is located in Mini Country Housing Complex, Jalan Perdatam, RT 10/05, Ulujami Urban Village, South Jakarta will be acquired. Later on, it would be transformed into a water reservoir.
There are 15 homes, but only 9 occupied and 6 has been vacated
Ulujami Urban Village Head, Guguk Trirahayu said that socialization about land acquisition towards local citizen was been conducted. Because the land is in the basin area, the rainwater will easily inundate the complex.
Land Acquisition For Bintaro Flyover Has Entered Inventory Phase
"There are 15 homes, but only 9 occupied and 6 has been vacated. We have done socialization and locals agree," he expressed, Monday (1/11).
According to him, such project will be managed by Jakarta Water Management Department.
"Price fixing will involve appraisal team. And we will also make a statement letter for locals who are agree with our project, thus it can be processed soon," he closed.
