Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, will add the Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) fund in Dept. of Education allocation. Previously, the KJP fund was taken from grant budget.
KJP should be the part of Dept. of Education expense,

If the KJP fund is taken from grant budget, it can not be given to one side continuously. In fact, Jakarta Provincial Government plans to give the fund up to college level.
