Due to illegal parking, the ranks of North Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept has netted 57 vehicles from some areas in North Jakarta.

We do the raid because we still find unruly motorists in the field, like illegal parking

Head of North Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept, Bernard Octavianus Pasaribu disclosed his party controlled 57 vehicles from the raid that held in Jl RE Mardinata, Kelapa Gading, Penjaringan and Tanjung Priok.

Of the 57 vehicles, 16 of them are towed, 17 vehicles ticketed, 10 two-wheeled vehicles' tire valves removed and 14 four-wheeled vehicles' tire valves removed.

"We do the raid because we still find unruly motorists in the field, like illegal parking," he expressed, Tuesday (1/19).

He asserted the socialization will be conducted in the near future which aims to encourage every motorist not to park haphazardly.

"The raid will keep being intensified to create public order," he stressed.
