Normalization of Pesing Koneng Connecting Channel Accelerated

Puddle problem in citizen residential of Kedoya Utara Urban Village will be solved if the Pesing Koneng connecting channel that empties into pump house restyled. Hence, West Jakarta Water Management Department plans to conduct normalization in the near future and is targeted to be compete next week.

West Jakarta Water Management Sub-Department Head, Imron disclosed connecting channel normalization was constrained the Jami Baiturohman Mosque, in RW 08. This is because there is a part of the building covering the channel that cannot be normalized.

Not only puddle, another puddle is also spotted on Jalan Raya Panjang, precisely in front of an access of Green Garden Housing. Allegedly, the pump in two pump houses in Kedoya Utara is unoptimal due to narrowing Pesing Koneng connecting channel.

After passing through a long discussion, the citizen and related unit decided to tear down the part of the mosque and then covered again using channel box castings.
