The Temporary Waste Disposal Site (TPSS) which is located at Jalan Bugis Raya, Kebon Bawang, North Jakarta is fenced with bamboo. It is aimed to anticipate waste pile on the road.

"The opening TPSS makes waste spills out onto Jalan Bugis Raya and disturb traffic. Aside that, it also makes the scenery looks chaotic," expressed Roni Jarpiko, Head of Kebon Bawang Urban Village, Thursday (1/21).

He explains fence is made of bamboo with a height of about one meter. In addition, the urban village also had a banner that contains an invitation to not dispose waste haphazardly.

Residents were prohibited from throwing waste in TPSS at 7 AM-4 PM, but at night. And then transported by janitor. Thus the site is clean in the morning.

"To do it effectively, we also send PPSU officer to the location. If citizen break the rule, the officer will secure them," he uttered.
