AJIB Service Served By 150 Officers

As reported earlier, Jakarta one-stop integrated service (PTSP) agency officially launched a delivery service on Tuesday in a bid to improve its services and facilitate business owners. By recruiting 150 officers, it will surely speed up and expand service.

"AJIB officer spread all over region and they will come to the location less than 30 minutes," expressed Head of Jakarta PTSP Agency, Edi Junaedi, Wednesday (1/27).

Although not many people know this service, he stated, his side continues to socialize it to the public through the PTSP's Executing Unit (Satlak). If the citizens do require the service for the first time, the Satlak will call the officer to pick up documents of citizens.

BPTSP Launched Three New Services

"The customer can call us at number 164, and then will be directed by our customer service," he told.

This year, there are six services supported by AJIB. They are renewal of Expatriate Work Permit (IMTA), validation on renewal of Expatriate Employment Plan (RPTKA), Construction Services Permit (IUJK), Import Identity Number (API), research permit, and legalization of Building Technical Actor Permit (IPTB).
