Bambang Musyawardana, East Jakarta Mayor, admitted that his side will check the physical condition before operation.

“We must check the condition whether it is ready or not,” he said, Wednesday (1/27).

If there is broken part, his side will report to the developer since the developer still has contract of maintenance up to six months ahead. The office equipment is still using the previous office facility.

“Tomorrow, we’ll check the building. After that, we’ll process the administration.

This new Makassar Sub-district office building has 4 floors. First floor is used as Bank DKI, PTSP, and multipurpose room. Second floor is used as sub-district secretariat operational. Third and fourth floor are used for technical section and regional tax service.
