As planned earlier, Indonesian President Joko 'Jokowi' Widodo was scheduled to conduct inauguration of Fatahillah Mosque at City Hall, today or precisely Friday (1/29). No wonder, the extra security seen in and outside of City Hall building.

Based on Beritajakarta.com observations, employees and guests who want to get into the City Hall complex must pass a series of stringent checks by the Presidential Security Detail (Paspampres). All belongings must enter a metal detector.

It is intensified at four points, starting from main entrance, governor office room entrance, lobby, as well as vice governor office room entrance.

The inauguration itself is slated to be conducted in line with Friday prayer. Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama admitted, the mosque is completed and ready to be inaugurated.

"We have prepared all security here to smoothen the inauguration," said Bauki, at City Hall.
