Nevertheless, he urges motorists to be careful and do not use this moment to drive vehicles at high speed. They are also asked to obey traffic signs in the field.

As known, 3 in 1 is imposed on protocol roads, such as Jalan Sisingamangaraja, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Jalan MH Thamrin, Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat, Jalan Majapahit, Jalan Gajah Mada, Jalan Pintu Besar Selatan, Jalan Pintu Besar Utara, Jalan Hayam Wuruk, and part of Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto, starting from junction of Jalan HR Rasuna Said, on Monday-Friday (working day) at 7-10 AM and 4.30-7 PM. But on weekend and during national holiday, 3 in 1 is not imposed.
