Pioneer Ship Service to Use Special Lane

The Sunda Kelapa Port Master (KSOP) is about to prepare a special lane for the pioneer ship type KM Sabuk Nusantara. This is because, the Sunda Kelapa Port that is designated for loading and unloading goods does not have service lane.

"We will prepare the lane for KM Sabuk Nusantara ship. If not, it will be dangerous. Considering the port is for loading and unloading goods," expressed Captain Hermanta, Head of Sunda Kelapa KSOP, Wednesday (2/3).

He added, the lane will be built for transfer bus route from front of port entrance until ship dock. While for its procurement, will be managed by Jakarta Transportation Dept.

"Distance from front of port entrance until dock is pretty far. That's why we prepare the route," he stated.
