Neglected park case under Klender flyover is caused by low supervision from East Jakarta Sub-dept. of City Parks. Park looks slum due to many street vendors.

“We have warned them about the supervision,” said Ratna Diah Kurniati, Jakarta Head Dept. of City parks and Cemeteries, Tuesday (2/9).
According to her, the department (province level) has improved the facilities and park at the location. The facilities improvement will involve corporate social responsibility (CSR).
