The damaged manhole covers in Casablanca Tunnel, South Jakarta were finally repaired by Jakarta Water Management Dept. By doing so, it is hoped there will be no more casualties and could create convenience for the motorist when passing the tunnel.

"We close all manhole covers that were previously in open condition," said Head of Jakarta Water Management Dept, Teguh Hendrawan, Thursday (2/18).

According to him, the damage is due to passing vehicle.

"We do not put a barrier, but only urge road user to not use the manhole cover as a means of road. This is just for the passerby," he
