AJIB Call Center Changed to 1500-164

The Vehicle Permit Delivery Service (AJIB) migrates its call center to 1500-164.

Based on evaluation, 164 service was active in one provider only

Edi Junaedi, Head of BPTSP, admitted that the number of caller since launching on January 12 was still low.

“Based on evaluation, 164 service was active in one provider only. Other provider callers were automatically rejected,” he said, Thursday (2/18).

AJIB Service Served By 150 Officers

According to him, 200 callers per day were served by the officer since migration on February 3 ago, and 160 permits from residents were delivered back.
