A building without building permit (IMB) at Jalan Pasar Pagi No. 72, Roa Malaka Urban Village, Tambora Sub-district, West Jakarta, demolished.
The building owner recklessly rebuilt his/her building, thus we decided to take decisive action
The demolishment was colored by protest from the building owner who tries to block officer of West Jakarta Spatial Planning Sub-dept. Even, the owner threatened to report it to the police and Jakarta Governor Basuki Purnama Tjahaja
Head of Controlling Section, West Jakarta City Planning Sub-dept, Fadjar Indradi disclosed, the officer had demolished the building before.

He stated, demolishment has met the applicable procedure. Before demolihsment, the building was been sealed.
"But the owner still recklessly to remove the seal and stop demolishment process," he finished.
