The revitalization of old buildings in Kota Tua, Taman Sari, West Jakarta keeps continued. At this moment, five old buildings have been completed for revitalization.

Project Manager PT Jakarta Old Town Revitalization Corps (JORTC), Yayat Sujatna, said revitalization project was firstly handled in March 2014. His side made a cooperation with several State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) as building owner for revitalization.

He added that his side now pursuing to finish 17 buildings revitalization. Unesco is about to announce whether Kota Tua would get Word Heritage Site status or not next year.
