550 Special Police Personnel to Guard City Parks

The Jakarta Parks and Cemetery Department is about to deploy 550 special police officers to guard parks in the capital for 24 hours. It is aimed since the parks are turned into bawdy place.

Jakarta Head Dept. of Parks and Cemetery, Nandar Sunandar, said six young couples were secured due to immoral acts at Katlea Park, Kampung Sawah, Srengseng, West Jakarta.

Besides deploying uniformed-police patrol, Sunandar added, he also imposes undercover patrol.
