Drawing process of Blok B outlets, Coaching Area (Lokbin) corridor 103, Koja, Tuesday (4/15), ended chaotic. Most vendors that asked for outlets quota without drawing argued with prioritized vendors. The drawing was finally postponed to avoid riots.

As many as 89 vendors are prioritized directly getting their outlets. They get their outlets in first floor, because they are predecessor vendors and consistent in selling. The drawing was run for 224 other vendors. The location consists of 3 floors and 224 outlets.
One of the vendors, Henny (39), said that she did not want to be clashed with another vendors. But, the quota given to priorities vendors is not fair.
