The performance of Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) commissioner would be evaluated.
If the commissioner performance is not maximal, I propose for rotation
Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat, said evaluation is applied to fix BUMD’s image. It is because mostly the commissioners came from retired civil servants.
“If the commissioner performance is not maximal, I propose for rotation,” he said, Thursday (3/10).
BUMD should Be Professional, Djarot SaysDjarot explained there are three main BUMD commissioner tasks. First is attend to office to monitor its staffs, second is evaluating staffs’ performance. If those tasks are difficult to be implemented, Djarot proposes to dismiss the commissioner.
