PT Pelni Ticket Officer, Abdul Aziz stated his side has explained the matter to the passenger before riding the ship. They must use the feeder ship to get to their destination.

"We had to drop off passenger in the sea, and then transferred to the water taxi to get to Tidung Island dock by paying Rp 15,000," he explained.

As for the information, KM Sabuk Nusantara 46 ship can only lean up at three docks, namely Untung Jawa Island, Pramuka Island and Kelapa Island.
