Some anticipation prepared by PT Transjakarta to face demonstration from public transport today, Tuesday (3/23). It will be applied if the traffic is paralyzed.

"We remain operate as usual, but our anticipation will be applied if the traffic cannot be passed," expressed Head of Transjakarta Public Relations, Prasetia Budi, Tuesday (3/22).

As for the scenario prepared is for corridor 1, if the demonstrators are in front of Communication and Informatic Ministry office until blocking Transjakarta, corridor 1 from Blok M-Kota will be diverted. From Bank Indonesia bus stop-horse statue turns to Jalan Budi Kemuliaan-turn right to Jalan Abdul Muis, Harmoni bus stop and so on.

Otherwise, Kota-Blok M will be diverted through Pecenongan-Juanda-Pasarbaru-Lapangan Banteng-Pejambon and then turn around in Tugu Tani-City Hall and then back to corridor 1-Bank Indonesia bus stop.

But if the demonstrator is in front of City Hall until blocking the road, bus will only serve from Kota-Blok M until Harmoni bus stop. But there is no service in Monas bus stop.

For corridor 2, from Harmoni-Pulogadung, bus from Monas bus stop will be diverted to Pecenongan-Juanda Pasarbaru-Lapangan Banteng-Pejambon-Tugu Tani-Kwitang and Pulogadung. Otherwise, bus route from Pulogadung-Harmoni is normal.

As for the Ragunan-Monas, bus will only serve until Dukuh Atas. Passenger heading to Monas can transit at Dukuh Atas corridor 1 and get off at Bank Indonesia bus stop.

Meanwhile, PIK-Monas-City Hall, bus will only serve until Harmoni.

"We are monitoring condition in the field thus it can carry out some operational modifications included if there is buildup of passenger, we will send backup bus," he finished.
