2 Developers Interested to Develop Flat in Jakarta

Jakarta Housing and Government Building Dept is busy with development of thousands flats this year. There are two developers interested to join in three flats development in different locations.

Head of Jakarta Housing and Government Building Dept, Ika Lestari Aji disclosed, her dept is currently building flat at 38 points. Its number is beyond the developer participation.

Slaughtering House to Be Built by DevelopersThose three flats consist of two in Rawabebek Flat (East Jakarta) and one more in Muara Angke Flat (North Jakarta).
For Rawabebek Flat, will use block concept that consists for four blocks with 400 units. And Muara Angke Flat, will have 12 blocks with 660 units.
"All is still under process. Both developers are from Sumarecon in Rawabebek and Intiland," she closed.
