Seribu Islands One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) conducts jemput bola system (officers to take the initiative to visit residents) to help residents in processing permit. To smoothen it, some related unit are involved, starting from Population and Civil Registration Dept, Counseling Service and Tax Consultant Office (KP2KP) and resort police.

"In the service, we serve 119 applicant files, which are mostly processing Micro SIUP, NPWP and birth certificate," said Lamhot Tambunan, Head of Seribu Islands PTSP Sub-dept, Monday (3/28).

Tambunan stated, jemput bola service in Lancang Island, Pari Island Urban Village, South Seribu Islands will also be conducted routinely in other islands. The service is to simplify residents process permit and other civil documents.

"The service opens in islands that are rarely visited and that having quite demand. And it is free of charge, except retribution," he closed.
