Jakarta Vice Governor Djarot Saiful Hidayat appreciated the performance of Jakarta One-Stop Integrated Public Service (BPTSP). Based on the Indonesian Ombudsman's data, there is no public complaint over the service that has been operating since last year.

"I am grateful there is no complaint about our administration service from BPTSP. This is very nice, zero complaint was incredible," he said after receiving the Indonesian Ombudsman at City Hall, Wednesday (2/3).

He went on the say that the complaints received by the Ombudsman and then submitted to the city administration is dominated by land dispute matter. In future, the matter should be able to be resolved by involving the related unit.

"We know, the land issue is not a simple matter. Because many are involved. But we always give the best service. That's what counts," he finished.
