Seribu Islands One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) conducts jemput bola system (officers to take the initiative to visit residents) to help residents in processing permit. Tambunan stated, jemput bola service in Lancang Island, Pari Island Urban Village, South Seribu Islands will also be conducted routinely in other islands. The service is to simplify residents process permit and other civil documents.
