Lenteng Agung Urban Village Head, Satia disclosed that channel as wide as 60 cm was filled with mud and has not been dredged for years.
"Channel is strewn with mud, thus it causes inundation as high as 25 cm when rain pours," he told, Tuesday (3/29).
