Jakarta Dept. of Bina Marga targets to finish Semanggi elevated road construction in 18 months. The construction is started on Friday (4/8) and to complete in August 2017. It is hoped the elevated road would able to decrease traffic jam.

Yusmada Faizal, Jakarta Head Dept. of Bina Marga, explained the project takes 540 calendar days including 60 days of planning and 480 days of construction.
“Our target is completed in August 2017,” he said, Friday (4/8).
Semanggi Interchange Project BeginsThe elevated road projects are detail engineering design (DED), preparation, loop shifting, construction implementation, and drainage as well as traffic sign.
Two elevated road will be built. First is from Grogol to Blok M direction by 796 meters and Polda to Monas direction by 826 meters.
