Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama disclosed, arrangement in Pasar Ikan area is aimed to create a better life for the citizens.

You can see children in Kalijodo who have been relocated, they've got much better school facility, picked by bus, got KJP, surely it does not break the Human Rights (HAM)

He cited relocation process towards student from Kalijodo. They got much better school facility, such as Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) until free transportation.

"You can see children in Kalijodo who have been relocated, they've got much better school facility, picked by bus, got KJP, surely it does not break the Human Rights (HAM)," he stated, at City Hall, Monday (4/11).

Buildings and Stalls in Pasar Ikan Demolished

He asserted the execution does not deviate from HAM, because citizens who have been controlled will be relocated to the flat. Several facilities have been prepared for people with Jakarta ID card.

If he let them live in poverty, it has violated the HAM. Relocation in question is to proper them, where they would not live in slums anymore.

"But if we let them see the lifestyle of prostitution, prostitution, gambling, and drunk, it does not violate HAM children," he finished.
