Cemetery Permit can Already Processed via AJIB Service

Those of you who want to process the cemetery, do not need to come to the One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) office in urban villages and sub-districts. This is because, the tomb land use permit (IPTM) can already be processed through the new delivery service, called as AJIB.

AJIB service can already serve the tomb land use permit. Those who are busy or do not have time, can contact our call center 1500-164

"AJIB service can already serve the tomb land use permit. Those who are busy or do not have time, can contact our call center 1500-164," said Head of Jakarta PTSP Agency, Edy Junaedi, Monday (4/18).

AJIB Service Served By 150 Officers

Junaedi explains it has been effective since April 5, 2016. Per day, 109 officers have been spread to serve 20-25 IPTMs in the field.

"You just pay Rp 80-100 thousand, we can submit the permit," he expressed.

Through this service, he explains, the heirs do not need to process a death certificate from the community health center (puskesmas) or urban village. They are only required to fill an affidavit from AJIB officers when visiting to the funeral home.

"The heirs just give signatures on the affidavit that says if the body dies in a reasonable state such as sick and age factor," he explained.

He continued, after getting signature, the officer will then usher them to the Public Cemetery (TPU) to select tomb location.

"From funeral home, our officer is usually piggybacking the heirs with a motorcycle to get to the TPU," he explained.

In TPU, the officer will process tomb administration to the nearest PTSP office and go back to the TPU while bringing the IPTM receipt that has been processed to the heirs.

"The receipt will be redeem by the heirs via Bank DKI. Approximately two until three hours, the IPTM could already be issued," he finished.
