Jakarta Education Dept inaugurated 20 principals of Kindergarten (TK) and Vocational School (SMK). The inauguration itself is to fill empty posts and speed up the performance.
Jakarta Education Dept Head, Sopan Adrianto disclosed a number of principals are also deemed not qualified to re-continue their posts as a principal thus they should be replaced with better ones.
Seniority in School must Be Eliminated"For TK principal, there are 11 people inaugurated, and 9 other people are from SMK," he expressed, Tuesday (4/26).
By doing so, he continued, this momentum can be done by the whole school principal to improve performance. He hopes the principal is able to follow directions and policies in accordance with the demands of the new Jakarta.
"We want them to have breakthrough and innovation, thus education performance in school could be better in future," he hoped.
