Civil Servant Performance Has Begun to Improve, Basuki Says

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama assessed performance of Jakarta civil servant under Jakarta Provincial Government is getting better. Stigma of civil servants in the public which is identical with corrupt and lazy also began to disappear.

"I think civil servant performance has begun to improve. The culture has changed," he said, when he inaugurated the Mawar RPTRA, Jalan Mawar, RT 08/02, Lebak Bulus, Cilandak, South Jakarta, Tuesday (4/26).

He asked residents not to stop reporting complaint or aspiration to Jakarta government. The complaint can be submitted directly or via Qlue.

Civil Servants’ Allowance Amount Reviewed

"Our duty is serving, as long as you make a report. We will help mightily," he stressed.

He reminds those who want to request permit service to process it to the office of One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) without intermediaries or brokers. Thus the officials entrusted to serve them seriously.

"Don't use broker service to process permit, just do yourself. Just come to the nearest PTSP," he finished.
