Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, threatens to revoke regional performance allowance (TKD) of those civil servants (PNS) who are absent after Christmas holiday.

He told in accordance to calendar, PNS will be off starting at December 24 until 28.

Based on Government Regulation No. 53/2010 on PNS Discipline, the employee will be given strict sanction if they are absent without information. It could be light sanction in from of spoken or written.
If getting spoken sanction from superior, PNS will not receive TKD for a month. As for written sanction, then they will not receive it for 3 months.
