Mayor of West Jakarta, M Zen did monitoring about implementation of the national exam at Junior High School (SMP) level in some schools in West Jakarta.

"Honesty must always be upheld to get the best performance. Don't forget praying before doing the exam," he stated, Monday (5/9).

Meanwhile, Head of West Jakarta Region 1 Education Sub-dept, Much Rodji explains subject that will be tested on the first day is Indonesian Language.

"Thus far, the exam goes smoothly. Hopefully, all students participate in the exam today," he stated.

He added, 5 out of 153 schools are holding computer-based exam. "Two state and three private schools of SMP apply computer-based exam," he disclosed.

For the number of students under West Jakarta Region 1 Education Sub-dept, there are 13,443 students from 153 schools sit the exam today.
