Lazy Civil Servant's Allowance will Be Revoked 100 Percent

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama revealed will revoke the lazy civil servant's regional performance allowance (TKD). The allowance will be revoked 100 percent and only get basic salary. 

In future, if we find lazy employee, the allowance will be revoked 100 percent

"In future, if we find lazy employee, the allowance will be revoked 100 percent," he stated, at City Hall, Monday (5/16).

He disclosed that allowance payment is the authority of the head region. While for civil servants, is entitled to a basic salary only. "It is the right of the governor, instead of your rights as a civil servant, I do not bother your rights, just enjoy your salary every month," he stressed.

Absent After Christmas, PNS' TKD will Be Revoked

Aside that, if the employees who have sanctioned are absent with accumulated during 45 days, they will be fired. Sanction is given, because they have received a huge allowance.
