The existence of kiosk and store along Jl Minangkabau, Setiabudi, precisely in front of Toba Dream restaurant is complained by road user. This is because, the merchandises that consist of chairs, filling cabinets, iron archive cupboard, oxygen tube are put on the sidewalk and roadside.

"They are illegal because they put their merchandises on the roadside. It is worsened with many motorcycles do contra flow in the afternoon," said Andri (36), a citizen of Jl Minangkabau, Friday (5/20).

According to him, such merchandises have been existed since ten years. The officer has repeatedly controlled them, but they return again.

"The government must be able to act strictly, because the sidewalk is for the pedestrian," he finished.
