Jakarta Dept. of Transportation will apply IT and computerized system for roadworthiness test in Ujung Menteng Roadworthiness Test (PKB), Cakung. This effort should minimize brokering during the test.

Dedy Dwi Widodo, Ujung Menteng PKB Management Unit Head, explained that through the system, PKB attendant will not communicate directly with the vehicle owners. They payment is also done via Bank DKI ATM.

Roadworthiness Test Lane will Be AddedJakarta Head Dept. of Transportation, Andri Yansyah, predicted that the system will normally run in July. Roadworthiness test result will be informed through the computer.
