The system of one-roof integrated service (PTSP) at West Jakarta Mayor office is apparently still suboptimal. Applicants cannot process their data and had to register manually because error occurred on the online system. As a result, they had to go back and forth for data registration to West Jakarta Mayor office, although their documents are already complete.

This is very annoying, considering there is no announcement before about the error

“I have repeatedly tried to upload my data, but it cannot be uploaded. After asking to PTSP officer, the online system is error and we had to register manually. This is very annoying, considering there is no announcement before about the error ,” complained FM (33), a Cengkareng resident who was processing a permit in West Jakarta Spatial Sub-Department, Monday (4/28).

Responding this matter, West Jakarta PTSP Head, Koeat Leksana, stressed that his party is not responsible for the error occurred on the online system of www.ptsp.jakarta.go.id.

“That is the responsibility of West Jakarta Public Relations Sub-Department,” he stated.
